Try to take away the personal aspect and look at your home from a buyer's viewpoint. Start at your front door such and look at your landscaping, front porch, door, etc. Then look at your home's interior...declutter, fresh paint, a good cleaning, etc. will go a long way in attracting a buyer to your home.
