WOW! What can I say? Michelle Kinnison is a true professional. She made every aspect of this home buying process very easy. She was responsive, dedicated, and dependable. My situation was not easy, when I first contacted Michelle, she was the 3rd call I made to this area. My circumstances called for me to have a 2-day window to tour, decide, and bid on a home conducive to my family's needs. She was very thorough, asking all the questions you forget when you're in the midst of the chaos. I was living in Tennessee, so the physical move itself was going to take its toll. Prior to my arrival in Kansas City, she kept in touch and was able to adjust and re-adjust our tight schedule for homes that frustratingly went pending or under contract prior to my arrival. We met at our first home to tour, and 14 homes later We put an offer on a home that the seller accepted right away! Not only that but I used just one of the two days I had allotted to search for a home. Michelles knowledge of the Kansas City Area was first rate. I don't remember a question that I had, that she didn't know on the spot. Today was our closing with Security first Title in Blue Springs MO., it was quick and painless and of course Michelle was there every step of the way. I know she still had a busy day ahead of her, but she was there with bells on making us feel at ease. I can tell you without a doubt if I ever need a realtor, Michelle is my first call. As the saying goes- "you're in good hands" with Michelle. She did a fantastic job of staying on top of the process. This was my first home purchase, so even with all of my research, there was still plenty more to learn and she guided me through the process with care. She provided quality references for third party services like financing and home inspectors. I purchased new construction and she did a great job not only walking through the home with me and identifying everything that needed to be finished or touched up, but she also followed up and made sure that it was all done. Michelle is the best!
