I am so fortunate to have Michele assist me in finding the perfect house for my sister in Sterling. First off, she met us on a Saturday at one of her listings, without an appointment. I was exhausted after looking at 5 places another day. For her it was a normal day, and she was going show another person multiple places later that day. She loves being a realtor and helping people. Michele was very perceptive of our special needs, very knowledgeable, and has great relationships with the other realtors in Sterling. I would recommend her highly as both an agent and a property manager.

She talked to us for an hour and promised she could find us a home, then took us around Sterling looking at properties. We told her we would call her later, and let her know which one we wanted, which we did. She then said the property was no longer available but said she would locate us another property. After 2 months of calling her and getting the same story, we gave up. It became clear she was misleading us. We knew she had properties that met our needs as we seen them listed online, by her. She ran no paperwork on us and it seems that she only helps you if she likes you, if not she tells lies about how she is looking for something for you. Very disingenuous. Would not recommend.
