Michele was a joy, in a car as one is for many hours, traversing several surrounding areas, always keeping our NY train stations at close proximity, we had fun as well as getting down to serious business, she indeed sold us our house !She dissuaded us from two homes, that in retrospect, would have been terrible decisions. With her knowledge & expert eye she saw the problems & stated them to us & pushed us to see others that had none of the issues. The house we bought my husband refused to look at, wouldn't get out of the car until I came & pulled him inside. Michele had championed the house & she was right. Sold !

Hi to everyone who is looking for that something extra in a Realtor! Try Michele Milton! She's an amazing, compassionate person who REALLY LISTENS to your budget and desires and will never take you to a place that won't suit your needs! She even visited the apartments before she brought me there - to check on the condition of the building, the neighborhoods and general atmosphere. I shopped around for weeks, seeing 40 apartments I found by myself or with 5 other Realtors. None of the apartments added up to "home." And none of the other Realtors put in one ounce of effort or caring. Michele found me 5 lovely places, met up with me, took me in her car and drove us all over the area. We went back to the 1st place on the list to seal the deal that very day. That was 3yrs ago and I am still happily living there! Michele helped me buy a home in Ct at the height of the market in 2006, and has helped me manage rental of that home since 2008 (due to relocation). Now we are getting ready to list as prices have recovered enough to consider selling. Every step of the way she has given me solid advice, gone above and beyond what is expected of a realtor and has managed situations that transcend the scope of a normal realtor-client relationship. She is a great communicator, and helps you with strategies rather than the "drop the price" mentality on the selling side. Be careful if you select Michele as your realtor, as she just might (or probably will) become your friend, in addition to buying/selling your home.
