About Michele Mamo

Since 2002, I have been successfully assisting buyers and sellers in securing their real estate goals. My team and I will handle all the minute details and negotiations and stand by your decision, even if it means walking away from a sale that I know would not work be in your best interest. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert. In 2003 I was awarded NVAR Rookie of the Year and NVAR Top Producer every year since (2003-2008). I love my business and am truly happiest when I am very busy! Each client is special to me, not only during the transaction, but before and after as well. I consider every transaction on an individual basis so I can be certain my clients needs are met. Currently, about 50% of my business is referral. My past clients have been very loyal and good to me. I have the utmost appreciation for that. The rest of my business comes from my marketing, current listings and our partners on the team. I am very involved with Coldwell Banker West Shell and I enjoy real estate coaching, training, and developing new businesses within real estate venues. Currently, I am working on projects within Northern Virginia and am continuously developing and training out west. My favorite pastimes are first and foremost spending time with my family. I enjoy hiking, being in the outdoors, and traveling around the United States and exploring the rest of the world.

Clint was great! He is very genuine and honest. My husband and I were looking for our first home and he really helped us narrow down not just the type of house we wanted but also the location. I had a lot of anxiety about buying the wrong house and Clint was calm and knowledgeable, it really helped me feel good about the home we selected. Lastly, we never felt pressured by Clint, he was not going to talk us into buying something that wasnt right for us. Now we have a beautiful home and very positive memories of house hunting. We cant thank him enough for his help.

Amazing working with Haley from start to finish! Brenda was an excellent agent to work with! Not only was she very knowledgeable about the whole homebuying process, but her communication both in person and over text/email was always timely and thorough, even with my irregular work schedule. Even after closing on my house, she checked in on me to see how things were going. If I had to repeat the whole process of buying my first home again, I would want Brenda to be my agent!

Brenda was AMAZING through the entire process. As first time home buyers, my husband and I were very intimidated to start, but once we met Brenda, all of those fears melted away instantly. She was extremely knowledgeable, and she made sure to prioritize our wants and likes with each house that we saw together. We worked with Sara and Parker to find a great home in Newport. They both worked hard to show us the houses that interested us and to negotiate a great deal for the one that we picked.
