It was such a pleasure working with Michele. My husband and I were searching for a home in an area where homes rarely came up for sale. The first home that we looked at had been on the market for a little while and went under contract before we could place an offer. Michele said that she would keep a watch for any homes that listed in the area. She asked us about our needs for a new home and went to work. Not only did she find one property, she found us two homes in the desired area. The first one was close but didn't fit exactly. The second one was perfect. Not only that but she was able to show us the house before it was published on the multi-list. She was excellent at negotiations and we were able to purchase our perfect move-in ready house at a perfect price. She continued to assist us with the paperwork and was very responsive to our questions. In short she made the whole process go smoother than any other home sale that we ever experienced. She is hard working and honest, a strong negotiator and very kind. We are so happy that we found her. She is by far the best real estate agent who has ever represented us in buying or selling a house.

This is my second time using Michele as my realtor (first as a buyer's agent, this time as a seller), and she has once again earned 5 stars in my book. I love working with her because there is never a doubt that she's your best advocate throughout the entire process (even after closing). Michele takes time to get to know you so that she can better understand your goals and accomplish them within your desired timeframe. In my case, she far surpassed my expectations and had my home under contract in roughly 3 days!

To say Michele is the best, is an understatement! I was a FTHB that was looking to stay in the general area that I had already lived. Lucky for me, the SW area of Pittsburgh is one of Michele's specialties and we connected through one of her listings that I was interested in. I was so impressed with our initial discussion, that I wanted her as my Realtor ASAP. Her knowledge is second to none. She listened to what our preferences were, stayed within our price points, gave us honest feedback without any pressure, and never made us feel like an inconvenience! This women WORKS DAY AND NIGHT! She never stopped working for us and was so responsive, even with her long list of happy clients. She made our process of finding a house almost feel easy. Signing all the contacts and going through all the paperwork, is where she will really make you understand any questions or concerns you may have. From finding the house, all the way through the closing process, right until closing day, was incredibly smooth and stress free. Her recommendations are great as well. From her lending partners, electricians and cleaning services. I am satisfied with all of them and would recommend them to friends and family. I love my house so much, I don't ever want to move, but if I do, I know who I am calling! I don't think top 200 realtor in Pittsburgh is enough! She is number 1!
