It was such a pleasure working with Michele. My husband and I were searching for a home in an area where homes rarely came up for sale. The first home that we looked at had been on the market for a little while and went under contract before we could place an offer. Not only did she find one property, she found us two homes in the desired area. The first one was close but didn't fit exactly. The second one was perfect. Not only that but she was able to show us the house before it was published on the multi-list. She continued to assist us with the paperwork and was very responsive to our questions. In short she made the whole process go smoother than any other home sale that we ever experienced. She is hard working and honest, a strong negotiator and very kind. We are so happy that we found her. To say Michele is the best, is an understatement! I was a FTHB that was looking to stay in the general area that I had already lived. Lucky for me, the SW area of Pittsburgh is one of Michele's specialties and we connected through one of her listings that I was interested in.
