Don't skip inspections or make any financial changes during escrow. Be prepared to act quickly-but smartly. Homes are selling fast. Be ready to act but don't skip due diligence out of pressure.

Price it right from the start! First impressions matter and curb appeal sells. Keep landscaping fresh and make clean walkways. Make sure to declutter and make any minor repairs such as leaky faucets, squeaky doors, chipped paint, etc. Try to be as flexible with showings as possible and make sure to disclose honestly.
