Price it right from the start! First impressions matter and curb appeal sells. Keep landscaping fresh and make clean walkways. Make sure to declutter and make any minor repairs such as leaky faucets, squeaky doors, chipped paint, etc. Try to be as flexible with showings as possible and make sure to disclose honestly.
