Michele was wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond, had so much knowledge, knew the area and what to look out for really well, and was honestly so kind to work with. We were first time home buyers but she never made us feel dumb for not knowing anything. She even caught something they overcharged us for at closing. We would work with her again!

Im from Massachusetts and live 7 hours from where the property was. Michele was indispensable in helping to get the property ready for sale, and for helping to manage a variety of requirements. We first met Michele in 2012 when we were looking to buy a property in Southern MD. She made the process so easy. We have bought/sold many homes in our careers with the US military, so we knew how this works, and she still made it a much easier process than we have ever experienced. So, when we were looking at selling a rental property in the DC suburbs in 2018, i called her again. She stepped in and took charge! Things we hadnt even thought of, she was already there. She is an expert on the area, knows all the necessary vendors if work needs to be done, and maintains close contact throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend her -- she is superb. Oh, and our rental property sold over asking with a healthy profit. Thanks, Michele!
