Mikee was phenomenal! She explained every single step of the process, and she was extremely patient, and accommodating. I would recommend her a million times. Thank you, Mikee and staff.

Mikee is dedicated to the craft that is real estate. From the search, to my questions almost constantly, to the research in a very remote location, she was supportive and had the answers almost immediately. I could not have gotten through this true trial of patience without her grace and dedication. She will go the distance for her clients!

Michaelene (Mikee) was awesome! Her timing, work ethic, attention to detail, knowledge, etc were all top notch. Her people skills and response times were pitch perfect as well. I am not going to tell you about the most kind and generous things she did as part of the selling and closing process, because I don't want to raise the bar too high for Mikee. I would not want her to feel pressure to deliver the same over the top level of service on all of her customers. I think she has room to relax, pull back a little bit and still, and still provide excellent service. As part of a review I also like to provide a little bit of constructive criticism, and the most negative thing I could think of is that our phone conversations went a little long some times, but those conversations were packed with relevant information, so how could I fault her for that. In other words I am not taking a lemon and making lemonade out of it here, I am taking delicious lemonade and making a lemon meringue pie out of it. Here is an anecdote for you. I was traveling in Borneo from start to finish, and given that huge time difference and my sketchy internet connections she still smoothed things out. I am not going to give Mikee credit for warping the time space continuum for me, but my scheduled return to California was just on time to sign closing documents. You can trust Mikee to be excellent.

I have purchased and sold homes in my life with numerous realtors and always being a crazy roller coaster ride, but with the level of professional knowledge and understanding that I received from Michaelene was top notch to say the least, down to the last detail.
