Mike is a diligent and likable realtor who worked hard and got our home sold in West Hartford. Mike brought in a professional stager to help get our home set up and ready for market. He worked hard to understand the market, stay on top of trends in local sales, and make appropriate recommendations. When we listed, there were a ton of properties on the market and It did take a few months to sell the home. Mike might have been more forceful in encouraging us to lower the price faster but he wanted to give us as the sellers the choice of strategy.
