Christian is the best at what he does. He lives and breaths real estate. Selling my home almost felt too easy. We accepted a great offer in only a week after listing. Christian was very experienced working with my downstairs tenant (it was a two family home). He works with a lot of multi family clients and it shows. Another round working with the best! Thanks to Christian, I was able to turn over and sell a rental property with little to no hassle. A change in job position forced me to sell, and I was moving out of the state in a few months. Because of his experience and expertise, he was able to get the listing out and attract the right buyers, successfully locking in the deal that was fair to both parties. Knocked it out of the park again with this one pal!
