One trip to the Pensacola area and I think you will share my enthusiasm for this special place on the Gulf Coast. The recreational, cultural, community and educational opportunities are unmatched anywhere for a town this size. I first came to Pensacola in 1989 for flight school with the Navy and never wanted to leave. I was fortunate enough to be able to return to Pensacola and finish my time in the Navy as an instructor. I have been a FULL-TIME Realtor since 1997 after 8 years as a Naval Officer in Carrier Aviation. BS degree from Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach and a Masters in Management from Troy University.

The relationships I have built with inspectors, title agents, and home improvement professionals creates leverage to get properties under contract and successfully closed. My primary scope of work has been in listing and selling homes, condos, and waterfront land, along with single family home development in both Florida and Alabama (licensed in both states). Well versed in short sale and foreclosure transactions too.
