Jenn and Mike VanDeventer were amazing! We first met Mike when we were interested in a property in Berrien Springs and had reached out to see the property via Zillow. Mike responded and was extremely helpful in explaining the current conditions of the "fixer upper" which we ultimately decided to disregard. Mike was so patient with showing us multiple properties and helping us identify basic red flags to look for within the properties. This was amazing! He would never push or influence his opinions but pointing out those flags were so important, especially considering this was our second time buying a home and our first home was a new construction. He was so kind, completely easy to talk to, and work with in this house hunting journey. His knowledge of the local areas was an additional bonus! We met Jenn when we decided to make an offer on our current home. She is so kind, efficient, quick in responses and thorough in explaining the home buying process. She was present during our first inspection and had an eye to look for those red flags as well. She was so wonderful to work with and was willing to fight for us in any circumstance.
