Michael Ulrich

Mike has run an automotive consulting business in Raleigh, North Carolina, since 2012 and has expanded to Ohio, Virginia and South Carolina. He serviced Independent and franchise dealerships, along with financial Institutions, such as banks, credit unions, and local finance companies. However, the real estate and construction industry has always peaked his interest since working in HVAC for 7 years.

In 2016, Mike started his real estate career in North Carolina. Mike grew up in an environment of entrepreneurs, real estate agents, and sales men (like his father) many of whom are now successful small and large business owners. He has seen the failures and successes of many businesses. Mike says, "its okay to fail and that you will, but use that as a learning experience." Mike worked in the retail industry for over 16 years, holding many different positions, from entry-level cashiers to manager of a large supermarket chain overseeing 120+ employees. Through his retail experience, Mike has learned the importance of the business/customer relationship. "I am a firm believer in the Golden Rule- 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.'

Having mutually beneficial relationships paired with helping others with a pay-it-forward attitude is how I operate my business and try to live my life."

Mike received a Business Administration degree with a minor in Human Resources from University of Buffalo.

After becoming a Husband first, and a father to a beautiful, healthy, baby boy, Mike searched for an opportunity that would give a better work-life balance. He has been a dealer consultant for the past 6 years. But he has always been interested in real estate. He will now finally follow his heart. Mike enjoys spending time with his family and delights in a friendly golf game, and jumps on any chance to travel. He has an extraordinary fascination with coral reef systems and appreciates the writings of Dale Carnegie.
