ZillowVERIFIEDMichael is a very good Realtor and very professional. I had listed my house on my own and had a buyer the first day. I then called Michael to handle the contract. He did a market analysis and told me I had my house listed too low and if I allowed him to list it he was certain he could sell it for significantly more. He even put his commission on the line if if didnt sell for what he said. I trusted him completely with his expertise and knowledge and it sold for the list price he had come up with plus $5,000 more ($40,000 over my original list price). I highly recommend him if you are needing a realtor. He always goes above and beyond as a realtor.
