We recently rented out our very unique Santa Clara Victorian through The Talis Team. Michael guided us through every step including writing up the lease agreement, advice on price range, writing up our Ads, posting them on key sites (like Zillow), shooting a video tour, and even advising us on cleanup and staging. Our house is not very typical and finding just the right tenant required an extremely high skillset (people skills, real estate knowledge, historical charm isn't for everyone).
