Having never purchased real estate, we were nervous there would be things we would miss in the process but Mike made sure we were ahead of the game the entire time. Mike met with us in the beginning, somehow able to listen to our requirements within our budget and just a few days later showed us a number of homes that met our needs. He was such a great resource when it came to explaining the ins and outs of each home, how it related to our budget, etc. Even after we decided on a home, Mike and Torii Homes made the purchase and sale process that much easier by directly outlining what we needed to do and answering our questions promptly. Mike always answered our questions quickly and was so easy to get ahold of and he helped us carefully through the negotiation process too. Plus, the welcome package included Oreos.
