I live in the Zeeland/Holland area and work in the greater Grand Rapids market along with the Lakeshore. I've been married for over 42 years to Roxanne and we have a son and daughter who graduated from Hope College. We now have 4 grandchildren. I have been handling real estate transactions over 12 years. I've sold 100's of homes and I absolutely love being a Realtor! Before becoming a Realtor, I was a data architect working for a few fortune 500 companies so my background is technology. So, making sure your transaction is financially accurate and profitable is very important to me. I have found the best job I can do for a client is to look at the transaction from your point of view and do all negotiating from your perspective so that I meet all your expectations.     Mike was completely knowledgeable about the market and what our house would realistically sell for before even stepping foot in our house! He was so professional and yet made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process! What my husband and I truly appreciated was the fact he came to our closing.
