With my multi-generational family business ties to the State College Community, and more family & friends in the Blair County area; I have the knowledge, experience, and connections to be the best individual to guide you in your real estate journey. My work in both the residential resale of homes & having worked in a corporate property management environment, I continue to learn every aspect of our local real estate market. By procuring 98.5% of the original list price for my sellers and always negotiating the best terms for my buyers, I make your real estate journey not just stress free but an educational experience as well. When having worked as a Property Manager I handled the finances, contracts, marketing, leasing, staffing and training of a 40-million-dollar property with ~700 leases. I now have my own real estate portfolio that I own and manage. Not just speaking on the value of gaining wealth through real estate but accomplishing it myself, and I love showing my clients how they can too!

The overall experience was excellent. The house hunting, multiple showings, seeing what different kinds of damaging was at properties, it was a vessel of knowledge and growth i never expected in purchasing a home. I moved to the State College and needed a nice place to rent but was not familiar with the area.
