I highly recommend Mike for all your real estate needs, he's a truly nice, honest, hard working guy who helped us in more ways than I can remember. He is a great source of information concerning anything Marco Island...from restaurants and stores to every kind of handyman or service available. For example, after closing on our house I did a lot of shopping to make our house livable and we were dying for a Keurig coffee maker so we could wake up and have coffee....Mike got back to me that the Publix had one! He has become a good friend and so glad that just by chance we found him!
