In 25 years of buying and selling homes we have NEVER had a worse experience than dealing with this man. Michael definitely was not our advocate and seemed more interested in getting his commission than helping us navigate through this purchase. We are both retired military members and this home is our "dream house" but because of Michael, the whole process was a complete and utter nightmare. The excitement we initially had was completely destroyed, and we are still feeling resentful and upset several months later. I am happy to discuss all the errors he made if you want to contact me. We fired him about 2 weeks before closing because we lost all trust and confidence in him. I highly suggest NOT using Michael Schultz - nobody should have to go through the trauma and ordeal we did.

We have both bought and sold a home using Michael Schultz as our agent. He was able to get us into the house below asking price and helped us save money on closing costs. A few years later after we retired and decided to depart south Texas, he quickly got our house sold at the highest cost per square foot to date in our subdivision even while new houses were still being built. We remain friends and would highly recommend him to anyone buying/selling a home, ranch, or property in the San Antonio area.
