Michael Rudd

Michael is a seasoned and reputable licensed Colorado realtor who has served as one of the Directors of Pagosa Springs Area Board of Realtors. He kicked off his real estate career with Rookie of the Year, and has anchored many other awards for his sales success. Michael grew up in North Eastern Oklahoma where he helped his father, beginning at a very young age, develop a successful construction company which later evolved to his licensing as a luxury home builder and general contractor for over 20 years in both Hawaii and California. As an avid outdoorsman, he decided to move to Colorado and has built spec homes in Pagosa Springs, a condominium development in Durango, and luxury homes in Mountain Village of Telluride; making his knowledge of construction of great value to his real estate clients. In addition to construction and real estate, he has also had a successful career as a photo journalist and his passion is practiced to this day as a free-lance adventure journalist and a landscape fine art photographer.
