We were first-time home buyers, and Sara did a great job working with us through the process. She was super responsive and answered every question we had. We actually met her when we were asking for a tour of another house than the one we ended up buying. We didn't have an agent, but we decided to start working with her because of how honest and helpful she was in even that first conversation. Sara was also a great advocate for us in the buying process as we negotiated different aspects of the offer and the inspection. It definitely relieved some of the stress of buying the house, knowing that she was there to answer any questions and working behind the scenes to get what we needed/wanted to get us into our dream house. I also loved that she had recommendations for other services we needed along the way, such as inspectors, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, etc. All of her recommendations ended up being great, and it took away the headache of researching them on our own.
