Hi have worked with a number of realtors both residential and commercial, and Michael is hands down the best one I've worked with. I have a couple of properties and have done extensive research on them prior to making a purchase (looking for liens, judgements, tax sales, tax deeds, etc). Most realtors I've talked to don't even know what those are, or how to look them up in your county. I've had some push me to sign contracts with judgements without even knowing there were any on the property. Mike does all of his research, understands the market, and works very well with his clients. He stays with you every-step of the way. He has found me and other friends/family members great deals and truly wants the best for his clients. I definitely do my research before making any purchases and now will go to Mike to help double check my findings. He knows his numbers well and even taught me a thing or two. Being a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous when we started the process. Mike was great because he would be happy to explain any part of the process that I was uncertain of, and wasn't afraid to point out flaws that he noticed about any property. I could tell that he approached it from the view of the buyer (me) and wanted me to make an informed buy, not just get me into a house to make a buck. After we bought the property I messaged him with a few questions, which he then went out of his way to get answers for even though he had no obligation to. I am very happy with our new property and would recommend Mike to anybody searching for a home.
