As first time home buyers, Mike was extremely helpful in every facet throughout the entire process. Any questions we had, he gave us an instant answer, all of which proved to 100% accurate. The journey was long due to multiple mitigating factors such as living in another state. Any house we wanted to look at, Mike made himself available to fit our needs and timeline. We looked at around 20 homes, and Mikes honesty proved to be irreplaceable. For example, the very first home had structural concerns and located on a very busy road that couldnt be identified from the photos. Due to our geographical separation, we needed that honest assessment, and are extremely appreciative of it.
