We bought our house from a for sale by owner and Mike advised us through the process. He is very knowledgeable about every floor plan and every area of Sun City West. He has information about what contractors to use. He is very accommodating when we ask him to show us a property that is for sale. He is one of the best realtors in the area with his knowledge and experience of the market.

I have had numerous realtors over the years and I can honestly say that Mike Reppy has exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only did he return my call immediately when considering selling he was prepared right away to get our home listed and had a realistic plan to get it done. Mike concurred with our thoughts of a fair asking price and even went a step above recommending a local seller of our home furnishings we no longer needed. BAD! We purchased a home 10/2023 within 24-48 hours of moving in we found washer did not work (had to buy new), garage door was cracked and bent (had to buy new) we were given a 2 week old inspection report from the realtor to use/review from a buyer that backed out from buying the home. So I decided not to do my own inspection. Big Mistake on my part! Also the back roof of the home was to have been done in 2019, per the sellers disclosure report given to us. We decided to have the roof looked at by a roofer after moving in and they found that it was done done correctly, so we decided to have total roof redone, after they tore off back roof material they found that the roof had several holes in wood from dry rot. We contacted both Kevin Reppy and Mike Reppy of Home Realty they said they could not help and I could hire a lawyer. Nice Guys

We cannot say enough about Mike Reppy! We came to him in hopes he could sell our Aunt's house in Sun City West. The house required a lot of work and we were feeling very overwhelmed! We are in CA and the idea of dealing with it was daunting to say the least. Mike took it all into his own hands. He hired the contractors needed for the jobs (people he trusts and has worked with for many many years) and he met with them for all the work that needed to be done. He has also worked construction in the past so we were confident he knew the work was being done right. Not once did he make us feel like we were "putting him out " for all the time he had to put into getting the house ready to sell. Once the house was on the market he fought to get it sold in a timely manner. I would recommend him over and over again. If you are looking for a realtor who is going to work hard for you Mike is the right choice!
