Michael Regan

Instagram YouTube Mike has lived in the Raleigh area since 1995 and has been a full time Realtor® since 2003. He founded Regan & Company in 2005, which became the current Hunter Rowe Real Estate in July 2013. Mike has personally sold over 600 homes. He has done this at a yearly rate that has him ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide, and has qualified him for membership in the exclusive Top Producers Council for each of the past five years. Mike holds an MBA in Economics from the University of Rochester, and a BS in Management Science and Physics from the State University of NY at Oswego. Before moving to Raleigh, he was a manager at Eastman Kodak Company, and shortly after moving to Raleigh founded Everest Consulting Group, specializing in process improvement for organization ranging from manufacturing to hospitals. He wrote two books about process improvement, and for his entire career in real estate has been applying his expertise to develop innovative ways to consistently sell homes faster and for higher prices.
