Saige is excellent. She was always on top of sending me listings she thought I would be interested in, and was also more than willing to schedule for me to see everything I was interested in. She wasn't pushy about things and was always making sure that whatever we were going to see was something I'd want to see before having us go to the location. She's not hard to get a hold of at all. I could always call, text, email - I probably could have sent a letter in the mail and she'd have expedited her response. The negotiating she did for me on the back end was more than I could have asked. I was ready to pay a decent bit at closing for a couple repairs that needed to be done for the house, because we had such a small window to get it done that I didn't think the seller would move on it. I got a phone call a couple days later after the inspection and she tells me she got the seller to pay for the repairs. I didn't have to ask or anything. She's also stayed involved in the aftermath of it all, not just abandoning me after the sale and moving on. Wonderful personality, remarkable work ethic and top notch customer service. Absolutely would recommend, and if I ever run into a ton of money and want to buy another house, I'll for sure be going back to her.
