Two of the Prather team were involved in our sale. I think our realtor (seller) was pushed around by the buyer's realtor. During the home inspection the inspector found a clogged drain in the 6 year old HVAC and the buyers wanted the HVCA to be replaced when all that was needed was blowing out the drain pipe. The other repair the buyer wanted was to replace the deck but the inspector comment was only that 10 boards on the deck were worn. Also responses from the buyer were always delivered at the last minute late at night. This sale was very stressful and I do not think the realtors were working to smooth out the bumps.
