ZillowVERIFIEDLast fall we moved from Frankfort and based on the fact that it was September and kids were now in school we were figuring that we were not going to get an interested buyer for at least a few months. We had known from friends that Mike was a reputable realtor but it wasn't until we sat down with him that we immediately began to understand we were in good hands and we could relax a bit. Mike takes the extra time all the time and is very attentive to all the details. We also came to find that he has a fantastic network because in less than 24 hours we not only had a bidding war on our house but the deal was signed before the next day! That's correct, he sold our house in less than 24 hours. Furthermore, after the closing of the sale he was even very considerate of the buyers as he was making sure things were taken care of prior to them moving in. Mike cares about the entire process from start to finish and whether you are buying or selling or both we would certainly recommend Mike Prainito.
