We emailed three people and Michael was the only one to call me back. He showed us a house to rent, and I asked if we could see another house and he made arrangements within minutes to check to see if we could do that immediately. It was done, papers secured by rental broker and signed lease the following day. They were very knowledgeable about the area and were helpful to explain details and answer any and all questions.
