I met Michael years ago before he was a realtor through our kids, who were all in the same preschool. It had been years since we hung out, but my wife and I had a pretty good idea of who he is as a person and how he conducted himself and raised his family so we knew we wanted him to represent us. Michael is a very kind and enthusiastic person, he is extremely hard working and puts his soul into whatever he is doing. From sports, to art and to his profession he is someone that pays attention to detail and ultimately outcompetes the competition. I assumed Micheal was good at his job but he exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure to have him represent us and he was extremely useful in the sale of our home. I was having such a hard time starting the process. It was very overwhelming and he was pivotal in helping me with his calm demeanor, logical approach and confidence. His recommendations for the contractors always paid off. From the pest and home inspections, to the roof and gutters contractors, the painters, the HVAC or even the gardeners, there was always level of competency, a quick response time and they were fair priced and professional. Whenever I tried to get competing bids, there were delays and everyone was so busy it was difficult to get them to even show up. It made the whole process move along smoothly. There was never any issue of communication or anyone on his team. I have sold a couple of other properties and Michael did a better job than the previous realtors I have worked with and I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying or selling a property to consider him first.

After changing careers and having children, our family decided to move into a mid term rental in Petaluma to get to know the area in hopes that we found it to be a place to set down some roots. Of the 10-15 realtors we had spoken to, I immediately thought of Michael and we went from there. He provided professional guidance to a family, and as an investor himself, a business approach to the transaction. He was able to help strategize and negotiate on what became a competative property.
