I work everyone from first time residential sellers and buyers to those who have bought and sold several homes. I work with Sellers and Buyers from entry level homes to high end luxury homes and everything in between. I also have extensive experience with clients who need to sell or buy commercial properties.

Just this past week, I was able to successfully negotiate the purchase of a young couple's dream home in spite of receiving double digit multiple offers. They were extremely excited to get the house so it was a life changing event for them. I am always humbled to be part of such an event and while the thrill of out maneuvering the competition is nice, the excitement I hear in their voices when I call to tell them they got the house is absolutely priceless and never gets old!

After 30 successful years in the engineering field, engineering jobs were leaving the US along with product manufacturing jobs so when I got layed off I decided I would use my engineering and construction background to start a career in real estate. I knew I could offer clients a unique skill set that few if any could equal and it proved to be one of the wiser choices I've made in my life because although I've never worked so hard in all my life, I love how rewarding my job is.

I have a Bachelor's degree and 30 years of hands on product engineering. I designed several homes over the years and contracted several renovation projects including kitchens, baths, home theaters and additions. I also designed and built my own home and have a skill set that includes everything from electrical to plumbing to carpentry including ceramic tile flooring walls, showers and much more. These skills allows me to point out and explain things other realtors will never even notice.
