McComsey Real Estate is a different kind of real estate agency. Our interest lies in the best interest of our clients, not the commission, not "getting the deal done", nor how many houses we can sell in a year. Our years of experience with building quality custom homes gives our clients the advantage as we can tell immediately if the home we're looking at is built well or if corners were cut. This saves our clients time and money because we practically do a preliminary home inspection while walking through the house the first time with our clients.

With our Sellers, we sign a ONE DAY listing agreement. If you're not happy with our service, we're so confident that we'll let you fire us with one day notice. And since we have our own brokerage, we don't have to answer to anybody when we negotiate commissions. We work hard and deserve a fair pay, but there are times when we are willing to cut our commission if it is in the best interest of our clients.
