Michael Mangrum

Mike is the Broker/Commercial Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT of Northwest & East Central Florida and oversees the sales and operations functions of the company in these regions. He is an active broker with over 33 years of professional sales, commercial real estate investment, and development experience. Mike's broad base of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate gives him the ability to lead an outstanding team of sales and leasing professionals who deal exclusively in commercial properties.

Mike has lived and worked in the Pensacola area for over 25 years, so his knowledge of the Panhandle and his professional network is extensive. In addition to managing his own listings, Mike is the President Elect (Past Treasurer and Director) of Pensacola Association of REALTORS, a member of the REALTORS Commercial Alliance Committee, Board Member of the Gulf Coast CMLS Governing Committee, and serves on a variety of social and service related boards.
