I don't know if I can find the right words to express just how wonderful Michael is. My husband and I first contacted him in Sept 2020 to help us find a home in Hudson Country and thanks to a pandemic + weird market, it took us 18 months, multiple offers and 1 canceled transaction to find our perfect home. Throughout the entire process Michael was extremely patient, never pushy, informative, caring and genuinely on our team. You'd think a realtor would just want to close the deal and move on to the next client but Michael makes you feel like family. There were properties we walked into and he knew immediately if it wasn't for us, there were ones that were close but because it didn't spark excitement or joy, he told us to move on and we'll know when we know. He was our advocate against other pushy realtors and bad builders. As first time home buyers, we never felt rushed or lost because he literally held our hand through the entire process and we couldn't be more thankful. We've learned so much about home ownership in general through Michael and it doesn't hurt that he knows just about every human in Hoboken/JC so we've met wonderful people along the way and have trusted all of his contacts with inspections, legal, flooring, cleaning, etc. and they've all been excellent. If you're looking for a realtor, stop looking and just call Michael.

Selling home is always stressful. Michael Klein held our hands throughout this whole process from renovation to negotiation to closing. We never were alone. If somebody asks us for a realtor to handle a home transition (sell or buy) we wont recommend anybody but him.

Michael and his team have consistently gone above and beyond for me. Over the last 12 years, I have worked with Michael and his team with my rental property. As an owner who lives over an hour away, I cannot say enough about the service and support he and his team provide. They proactively identify and address any repairs/issues/challenges that may come up during a move-out or move-in.
