I took a chance and contacted Michael from Zillow. We had very limited time to find a house and Michael was MORE than responsive. He was amazing. He continued to be helpful, attentive, professional and our eyes and ears on site (we were moving from out of state). Our process was not without hiccups and Michael guided us through with the patience and understanding befitting of a true professional. I can not recommend Michael HIGHLY enough. He was fabulous to work with and if we need a realtor in the future he will be our man.....again.

Mr. Klanot was asked to find us an investment property which was low maintenance. He took a great deal of time in listening to our needs and he then asked questions which I later learned would rule in certain properties and rule out others. This saved us a great deal of time and effort. What he showed was "spot on" as it related to our request and we spent minimal time with maximum results, getting the home in a day!. He seemed very in tune with our emotional needs as well and I have to say this was an unexpected, comfortable experience for us.
