ZillowVERIFIED My very first encounter with Michael Kelczewski , was about 1 1/2 years ago when our daughters and I were out searching for a house in which we came across his number! Michael was prompt and called me back within 2 minutes to set up our first house showing. I was highly impressed and pleased. We were scheduled to look at several houses; however, my husband fell ill. Consequently, that led us to postpone our house search for about 5 months. Initially, we intended to have our existing house on the market for sell but due to the housing market we were unable to sell at that time. Which we then reconsidered and opted to simply rent it out instead. Unfortunately, we had to change our plans from a house to an apartment. Michael was patient, had lots of energy, and was considerate. He gave us constant feedback, and he was earnestly trying to accommodate us. More importantly, Michael was very professional at all times, helpful, gave us immediate feedback and never attempted to persuade us into making a unsettling decision.Furthermore, Michael was instrumental in keeping us in the loop every time he had a house showing scheduled, rain, snow, or shine, and he was consistently there for us time after time.Finally, after 6 months Michael called us with such good news to inform us about a promising tenant! Now we can go back to saving money again. A special Thank You to Michael for all your good work ethics, consistency, persistence, and being able to communicate the housing terminology. I can therefore highly recommend using him if you are interested in buying a house in and around Wilmington, DE and PA.At the start of my search, I was researching the housing market and called one of the listed agents, Michael. I believe I left a voicemail and not only did I receive a prompt call back, but had a very informative hour long conversation. Based on that phone call, I started arranging viewings and approximately six months later closed on a wonderful house. ZillowVERIFIED Michael is very thorough, and responds quickly. He was the first realtor to contact us when we submitted an email we were interested in a house on Zillow. The first thing I liked about Michael is that he wasn't pushy, he approached house buying as a process and that he was there as a guide. I felt like I could trust he wasn't going to try to push us into something that could possibly be a money pit. He also makes himself available at almost all hours of the day, as there were moments we were in contact late in the evenings. I am also a busy person and he used docusign which is very convenient and allowed me to view and sign my documents on my mobile device. During the process of buying our house I paid money to have a inspection done for our deck to have it certified. After paying this amount it seems there was a miscommunication with the sellers and their realtor, and it turns out the deck was certified. In good faith Michael and the other realator split the cost of this inspection and paid me back, which they certainly did not have to do. The end result which was the most important we that got the house we wanted. I'd recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for someone who is quick to respond, will work for you to get the house you want, is accountable and is looking for simple quick and easy when it comes to all the red tape of this process.
