How do you write a review for people you have never met before and then after meeting them, only spend, collectively, 4 months with? Well, if they are Mike & Tina Keil, it is not hard to do! Mike & Tina were a highly regarded referral to us by friends who had them as their realtor. My family, coming from out of state, didn't know any other agents in the area, decided to reach out. And we are SO GLAD we did!! We wholeheartedly believe that this real estate journey was divinely appointed!! From our very first time meeting the Keils to our last exchanges when we were closing our home, the Keils just felt...well...like family. Right off the bat, given the time difference between our states, they were always willing to be flexible with our schedule. They made themselves available as much as they could - from texts, calls, emails, detailed videos of our new neighborhood and home.....you name it, they did it! Apart from being accommodating and considerate, they knew this was our first home buying experience, so they really exuded a great balance between being informative and instructional and being supportive and reassuring. In addition, the Keils' work ethic was phenomenal. Tina worked tirelessly to find the home that's almost exactly what our family needs, and Mike, with his meticulous and scrupulous approach to all the legal documents, was remarkable! Being over 2,000 miles away, we truly felt cared for. These two have gone above and beyond for our family, and we are so thankful that we chose them!
