I did move to Minneapolis for college and then spent 8 years in colorado skiing and mountain biking, but i'v always considered Northfield my home. I share my life with my wonderful wife Becky, my two beautiful daughters Evelyn and Anna, and my 3 wonderful step children, Trent, Colton and Sydni. I consider myself a dedicated real estate professional, and a proud resident of this great community. -I began working with buyers and sellers in 1999 in Breckenridge Colorado. I have many years of experience helping people with their real estate needs, and I've been a part of over 350 successful transactions. I have a long list of satisfied clients and references are available upon request. -I was a builder's representative for 7 years. I helped my new construction clients with the process of designing their new home while assisting them with the sale of their current home. That can sometimes be a difficult and stressful process, and I've worked through that with many clients. I know home is built and how all the parts and pieces work together. I am a good resource for you if you are considering new construction. - In 2009, the real estate market collapsed. I had been working with a local builder for many years, and our business went from boom to bust virtually overnight. I was very fortunate to start working with many corporate clients at that time. For the last 10 years, I have been assisting many banks and REO companies with the management and sale of their foreclosed properties. I do still sell about 5 to 10 bank owned homes a year throughout the south metro area. If you are interested in learning more about REO properties, let me know.
