I'm a family man and father of two wonderful children and an Australian Shepherd named Scout. I grew up on the northside of Chicago then moved to the southwest suburbs after my children were born to be closer to family. Prior to becoming a Realtor I spent over twenty years in the mortgage industry as a top producing loan officer so I know what it takes to get a real estate transaction to the closing table successfully and stress free. I've seen every type of transaction and structuring the deal correctly upfront is paramount.
