My wife and I met Michael at an open house and we instantly hit it off. We weren't completely ready to make the move at that time and we let him know our needs for a new home. He kept us updated on upcoming home sales in Vistancia and he suggested a new build that we fell in love with. Michael took charge and met with us to list our home and clearly set the expectations based on the selling market at that time. He came fully prepared with his presentation with detailed data that made us comfortable with a listing price. He made excellent suggestions on improvements to make our home very appealing and it showed very well. He tirelessly held open houses and aggressively followed up with potential buyers. Because of high interest rates in 2024, the market was very tough. However, because of Michael we had an initial offer in 11 days and a final offer in 18. Michael fully negotiated in our best interest throughout the process. He made us feel as though we were his only clients. He is very attentive and focused and responds to our emails, texts or calls very promptly. He is currently representing us as buyers for the new build and he has battled for us each and every step. There are costs that we have avoided because of Michael. He checks in frequently to make sure the builder is meeting our expectations. My wife and I highly recommend Michael and would refer anyone interested in being represented as a buyer or seller.
