Eric White was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end when assisting us in the sale of our high-end executive home in Valencia, CA. There were several challenges presented by our buyer along the way but were never daunting to Eric. His military background in The Marine Corps certainly came through as he showed perseverance and an excellent work ethic. We continually inundated him with questions that he was always very happy to humbly and thoroughly answer. I don't know if I have ever experienced such consistent and excellent communication with anyone in my life. Every time I would text or call him with a question, he would always respond within minutes, usually with a phone call to thoroughly explain the answer. He would only respond by text with something that only required a short answer. Eric had our complete trust as we left our million-dollar home in his care as we moved 3,000 miles away.
