I have been in the Real Estate and Residential Real Estate Financing Industry for over 20 yrs. My career began in NY as a mortgage loan officer financing residential homes. From there I came to south Florida where I was hired as Vice President for a mid-sized funding corporation in Boca Raton, FL. I then moved on to franchise owner of a correspondent lending corporation, employing 35 loan officers who were working heavily with realtors and real estate brokers, here in Florida. Being familiar with the way residential real estate works, I moved on to become a Realtor for USA Trust Realty. I then proceeded to move from Boca Raton to the Treasure Coast where I found a home with the reputable Real Estate Brokerage, Beach Front Mann Realty. I now specialize in sales and rentals of Island homes and condo's. Also, I currently hold the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), helping homeowner avoid foreclosure. I am easy going, yet aggressive when it comes time to make a deal happen. I will work hard and serve my customers well.
