My wife and I are in our late 70s. And Michael exercised great patience with us. Making sure we understood all that was involved. At the time, real estate for buying or selling was undesirable. Michael was able to get our asking price. And to to get a fair price for our new home. We are appreciative and very thankful for his efforts.

How many realtors drive 2 hours out of their home city to show homes to their clients?Then drive 2 hours again to attend the pre closing inspection?Honig is a great example of what a realtor should be!
