About Michael Hinchliffe

Like many, I bought and sold houses, but was never truly impressed with my real estate agent. On the homes I purchased, I scoured the listings to find interesting homes, I figured out the right price for the house, and I was the one staying on the various parties to make sure the deal when through - on my own house. When I've sold, I figured out the proper price to sell, staged my home, and even took the pictures. All the while, my real estate agents simply went along with whatever I had to say, offering a little guidance, but mostly deferring. I left each of these transactions wondering why I didn't just do it myself. Well, I did just that. As a full time Realtor, I have the good fortune to be able to work with clients, both buying and selling, to facilitate the process. I will provide you with the support that I always wanted when I was in the market -- I'll promptly return your emails and phone calls, and I'll proactively provide information about listings, proper pricing, and the market. In short, I'll be your partner in the process, looking out for your best interests, and providing the best service possible. I would refer Michael to anyone and everyone I know! My husband and I have worked with him for a few years now looking for our first home. We have literally been through it all together and he stuck with us to make it work and find our first home. Michael has great knowledge, is very honest, and only wants what's best for you.
