For home buyers, providing every possible option, including Bank REPOS, short sales, Probates, fixers, relocation sales and standard sales, gives my buyers the opportunity to choose the best home and neighborhood which meets their specific requirements. Once a home is selected, my negotiating skills allow buyers to not only purchase a home at the lowest possible price, but also to obtain other benefits such as having closing costs paid, obtaining special grant money financing, and having repair items fixed prior to move-in.
