About Michael Gould
Before entering the realtor world, I spent 20 years as a Commercial Credit Manager for a large IT company which provided me years of experience and knowledge relating to credit reporting, financing, business banking, and negotiating leases. My clients benefit from that which allows them to have a deeper understanding and information throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. For real estate clients, as a result of working with me, receive what every other realtor provides PLUS are able to turn a house into a home, where it's cozy for their family, make lifelong memories, and are able to look back at the process of selling their home and enjoy the memories they'll take with them. My ideal client is the first-time home or condo buyer, renter, someone upsizing or downsizing, and investors. I am always looking for sellers for my buyers, buyers for my sellers, tenants for my investors, and investors for my tenants.

I worked with the buyers for over a year looking for the perfect upsizing home for their family. Most agents would have given up on the buyers due to the length of time it took to make the final decision. Once we secured the property under contract we still needed to sell their current home which we had to deal with a number of issuess. we were able to work through those issues and get to the closing for both properties. It took a lot of consistent communication with the clients to keep them on track, minimize any frustration, and keep them motivated to getting to the closing table.
I had been wanting to leave the coporate world of commercial finance and find something that I could actually help individual peopler change their financial future versus helping make C level executives make more money. I found that real estate is where I fit in perfectly using my 20+ years of finance experience to help guide my clients to one of the if not the larged financial decision they will make in their lives.
My 20+ years of commercial finance included managing 30+ corporate sales offices while managing multimillions of dollars of company assets. In addition to other job responsiblities all of these have provided my the experience to assist my clients with the financial decision of purchasing or selling their home.
