Michael Flynn

Michael Flynn is a founding member of the Flynn Team and currently serves as its managing member. He spent the first eight years of his career as an associate in the Manhattan-based firm of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, where he represented both individual and corporate clients in the selling, buying, leasing and financing of residential and commercial real estate. Mike helped to negotiate and close some of the most sophisticated real estate deals in New York City and on Long Island. Since forming the Flynn Team, Michael has put the skills and knowledge that he has amassed as a 15 year veteran of the real estate industry toward assisting both buyers and sellers in maximizing the value of their real estate transactions. Specifically, his strengths are in asset valuation, unique, customized marketing plans, and intelligent negotiation.
