I was looking for a realtor to sell my secondary home in Pensacola, FL and having a difficult time finding one that was a good fit for me and the home I was selling. After doing some research, I contacted three realtors who had sales of equitable homes in my area. Christina Leavenworth returned my call right away and set up an appointment the next day for her and Dylan Smith. They work as a team with each bringing their expertise to the table making the selling process easy for the seller. Christina was very good at answering my questions regarding the contract and what we needed to do to get the house on the market. Christina, Dylan, and I discussed when to list home on market, price, etc. The connection with this team was great, and I signed the contract at the first appointment. After that first meeting, my direct contact was Dylan. He assisted with staging the house, scheduled a professional photo shoot, showcased the house on Zillow so it appeared first in any searches, and arranged two open houses within a two-month period. Dylan assisted with any issues that came up during the selling process and brought in the professionals necessary to correct the issue. The house was shown multiple times with multiple offers within 47 days. Dylan was diligent, professional and patient with my questions as we discussed interested parties and later reviewed the offers. We closed on sale within 90 days of listing. I was very pleased with the results.
