The thing that makes Michael so great, aside from his knowledge of homes, mortgages, appraisals, and wellaEUR|everything house related, is that he will make time for you. He does everything he can to work with YOUR schedule! I always felt guilty for asking for last minute showings, but it never stopped me from asking anyway. He always came through; weekends, evenings. Michael knows things go fast in this market. We also appreciated the fact that he told us about problems he saw with the houses we were looking at. He could have easily made money on us much earlier, but he cared that we found a good, solid home. He knew that we didnt know any better than to look for hidden issues. He really does care about his clients. Okay, so I told you why hes so great from a business standpoint. Now, let me tell you that this guy has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. ZillowVERIFIEDJust purchased a house Michael was are agent and he went above and beyond for an agent worked with us through out the process even when Jason Carlson at Megastar morgage dropped the ball he was there when the owner of the house dropped the ball and the fridge did not arrive for three days after closing he was there and when Sesars delivered the fridge and refused to hook up the ice maker he was there and sent his man out the next day. If you want a great working agent get Michael he is what is missing in this country customer care.
